DELIVERY

Your order will be sent by either Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature or Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature.

PACKAGING

I opt for eco-friendly packing materials. Please re-use or recycle the packaging provided. Your parcel will be posted in sturdy, unmarked mailing boxes.

RETURNS

We hope you will love your Rose Tinted Jewellery piece, but if you change your mind and would like to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to do so. Due to the handmade, one of a kind nature of the item, only a refund can be provided. You will need to return your jewellery in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Return postage costs can only be refunded if the item was faulty, or the incorrect item was sent. We will be unable to provide refunds or replacements where damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse. 

Rose Tinted Jewellery is not liable for lost, delayed or any damages incurred to the goods in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on earrings for health and safety reasons. 

If you are returning an item, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery. Any other delivery method is at your own risk and we will be unable to refund items lost in transit where they are not insured in transit.

A refund will be processed via the original payment method once we have received your return. 

No returns are accepted without our prior authorisation by email.
